Federal regulation

Mia Love and others are urging passage of a law that would allow Congress to set the budgets of Federal regulators. What she and they neglect to mention is that Congress passes laws and then expects and requires that Federal regulators interpret those laws into regulations. If Congress expects different results, then it must write more specific laws and to do that Congress must work more days per year than it does now. In other words, Congress creates the problem and then tries to blame someone else.
