I saw Peggy Noonan on Sunday, I believe on FOX, talking about Barack Obama. She said that to be successful, he should be more humble and reach across the aisle to the GOP. I have read several of her books and I enjoy her prose style, clear and easy to read. At one time, she was a Ronald Reagan speech writer. As much as I enjoy her writing, I disagree with her thoughts about President Obama.

“She said that to be successful, he should be more humble and reach across the aisle to the GOP .”
It isn’t hard to believe that on Sunday; five days after Barack Obama being given an obvious Mandate by the American people; this statement was made by this person. I have had many conversations with Republicans both online and in person and it never fails to amaze me how even when confronted with the cold steel of reality; they fail to admit defeat.
They live in another world.
